How to apply

Five steps, with our International Student Coordinator by your side throughout the registration process.

1

Submit your application

2

Parental authorization

Parents sign a document granting temporary parental authority to the host family during the stay.

3

Host family matching

We look for a family that suits the student’s interests, lifestyle and needs. No student is accepted until a host family is found.

4

Meet your host family

Once matched, you receive their contact details to get to know each other before arrival.

5

Finalize registration

Pay the required fees (registration, supply and activity fee, monthly tuition) to confirm your place.

6

Plan ahead!

We recommend starting at least 6 months before your intended arrival date: finding the right host family and completing every step takes time.

Host family stay: the heart of the experience

Live like a local

Most of our international students live with host families whose children attend our school, in high school or in lower grades. Some are French, others international but long-time residents of the region: all are volunteers who love welcoming students from abroad.

Why stay with a host family?

Full language immersion

Practice French in real-life situations, from meals to outings.

Cultural integration

Experience local traditions, customs and daily life in Provence.

Support and guidance

Host families help students find their way at school, in the area and through any challenges.

How we match students and families

We take the time to understand your child’s needs, hobbies and personality, to ensure a compatible and enriching match.

Alternative accommodation

We strongly recommend a host family for the full immersive experience, but we can explore other solutions if needed, such as renting a room nearby.
